What is Prashasan?

Prashasan is an internal tool built by Veerwal GetWork Services Private Limited for its own recruitment team. It is not a public product — access is limited to authorised GetWork employees and recruiters who manage hiring on behalf of GetWork's client companies.

Prashasan centralises candidate tracking, recruiter productivity reporting, and outreach so that our team can move candidates through the hiring pipeline faster and with better visibility.

Core features

• WhatsApp Candidate Outreach

  Recruiters connect a Google Sheet containing candidate details (name, phone number, job title, company) they maintain. Prashasan reads this sheet and sends WhatsApp messages to the listed candidates on the recruiter's behalf, and tracks responses inside the platform.

• Team Lead to HR Candidate Sharing

  Team Leads can share shortlisted candidate details with an HR contact directly from Prashasan. The system sends this email on the Team Lead's behalf, using their connected Google account, so the HR contact receives it from the Team Lead's own address.

• Recruitment Dashboard & Reporting

  Live tracking of applicants, lineups, interviews, offers, and recruiter productivity across all active hiring mandates.

Who uses Prashasan

Data use & Google account access

When a recruiter connects their Google account, Prashasan requests access only to the specific Google Sheet they select (for outreach data) and, where applicable, permission to send email on their behalf for the Team Lead–to–HR sharing feature described above.

This data is used solely to operate the features described on this page. It is not sold, and is not shared outside of the messaging providers (WhatsApp Business API, email) used to deliver the communications a recruiter or team lead initiates.
