About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a zonal inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive inside sales for B2B, B2C, and C2C customer segments through calls, virtual meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement zone-specific inside sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs such as call efficiency, conversion ratio, and revenue contribution.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to upskill team members.
  • Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and closures using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing, field sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer escalations, key prospects, and high-value deals when required.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and ethical sales practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in Inside Sales (B2B, B2C, and C2C).
  • Proven team handling and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Kannada language proficiency is mandatory (spoken & written).
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, dialers, and inside sales automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ Years of overall sales experience with Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead role.
