• Content Planning & Ideation: Proficient in content and ideation, ensuring the creation of high-quality content.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate cost-effective pricing structures aligned with budget constraints. Strategically assess and negotiate licensing fees for maximum value.
• Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track key YouTube metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Provide regular reports on channel performance and content effectiveness.
• Deployment and Optimization: Develop and execute content deployment strategies for maximum reach.
• Optimise video elements for enhanced discoverability and viewer retention.
• Traction Showcase: Demonstrate success through metrics like subscriber growth and engagement rates.
• Showcase achievements in building and sustaining an active audience.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a YouTube Marketer or in a similar role, emphasizing expertise in content acquisition and negotiation.
• Demonstrated strong negotiation skills, consistently securing favorable terms and pricing in previous roles.
• In-depth proficiency in YouTube analytics, SEO, and content optimization.
