HCLTech is hiring for the role of Analyst-Workplace virtualization!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop And Implement Microsoft Vdi Solutions And Rdsh Configurations To Enhance User Experiences And Operational Efficiency.
- Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Microsoft Vdi Environments, Addressing Issues And Ensuring Optimal Performance Of Virtual Desktops.
- Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements Based On Requests Related To Touch Services And Video/Telepresence Technologies.
- Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Code And Processes, Ensuring Clarity And Facilitating Future Maintenance.
Requirements:
- Basic Understanding Of Microsoft Vdi Solution And Rdsh Technologies.
- Familiarity With Windows Operating Systems And Touch Services.
- Fundamental Knowledge Of Video/Telepresence Systems And Their Integration With Virtual Environments.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
