Zscaler is hiring for the role of Workplace Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the development of innovative office programs that foster a rich culture of connection, collaboration, productivity, and fun in offices and partner to reimagine the employee experience
• Support the office food/beverage program
• Oversee internal office moves and new hire coordination, seating plans, blocking plans, department headcount verifications, space requests and hotel desk management, space planning
• Assist with general office management: scheduling, coordinating with vendors, keeping the office organized, lunch pick up or errands, coordination with building maintenance, and ordering supplies as needed
• Respond to inquiries from the property management team and relay information to teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience working within a Facilities or Workplace Operations role
• Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility, including standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling and frequently lifting up to 25 lbs without assistance
