Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Scheduling and calendar management for meetings
• Following-up with vendors for invoice submission
• Tracking new hire onboarding procurement items
• Assisting with invoicing and vendor payments
• Conducting research tasks
• Making travel arrangements
• Providing support for meetings
• Assisting with communication on events
• Tracking and managing center events
• Coordinating with various departments and groups

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and a very presentable appearance with leadership qualities.
• Ability to coordinate with foreign visitors and familiarity with the Bangalore landscape in terms of vendors, restaurants, and events.
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills for effective time and task management.
• Capable of handling and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• A proactive individual who can bring ideas for continuous workplace improvement and has a strong learning attitude.
• Proficiency in multitasking and efficient management of priorities.
• Well-versed in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet usage.
