Uber is hiring for the role of Workforce Global Forecast Process Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build long-range and short-range demand forecasts for Uber organizational units in multiple platforms and business verticals based on Global Standardized processes and tools.
- Perform analysis on historical inflow data to ensure emerging trends are captured and perform root cause analysis to understand forecast deviations.
- Propose adjustments to improve forecast accuracy.
Requirements:
- WFM background - understanding the foundations of demand in the workforce domain and the value it brings to the overall business goal.
- Problem solver and self-starter, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and preferably SQL, and plenty of experience working with data.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
