Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring for the role of Workflow Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work in a highly accurate manner in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
• Ensure that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system
• Work collaboratively in an international, service-orientated environment
• Match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills, and language capabilities with directions from DRS management
• Cooperate with other DRS offices and team members to optimize capacity development while building a solid understanding of the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding of BCG’s internal capabilities
• Learn and grow your expertise
• Thrive in an intellectually intense environment and commit to gaining an understanding of all our Practice Area sources

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience and general interest in business research
• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment is very desirable
• Experience in secondary research is desirable
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Well-developed communication skills in English, which may include other languages in different regions
