AtkinsRealis is hiring for the role of Workday Technical Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for Workday integration projects.
• Design, configure, and implement integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using tools like Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with business users, system architects, and developers to ensure integrations meet business requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, such as data discrepancies and performance bottlenecks, while ensuring smooth data flow.
• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on integration-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and provide project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Workday integrations within complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols like SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, or Workday Integration Cloud. Certification in Workday Integration is a plus.
• Interest or experience in Workday functional configuration (HCM, Performance & Talent, Learning) is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
