PwC is hiring for the role of Workday HCM - Senior Associate 2!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Requirements:

• Should have worked in at least 1 end to end Workday Implementation in HCM/ Integration or Finance modules.
• Should be a certified Workday core Consultant.
• Demonstrate good operational understanding of Workday functions in terms of determining KPI's to measure effectiveness
• Familiarity with Tableau, Creation of Excel Dashboards, and ability to chunk and piece data together for analysis is desired
• Exhibiting ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
• Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences
• Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration.
• Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them
• Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
