Dolphin Web Solutions is hiring for the role of WordPress Developer! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs
• Optimize a website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress technologies and trends
• Provide excellent customer support and technical assistance

Requirements:

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Knowledge of how to interact with Restful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plug
• Experience : 2-4 years
