Qualcomm is hiring for the role of WLAN Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Determine which work tasks are most important for self, avoid distractions, and complete work in a timely manner.
• Execute tests in both automated and manual ways.
• Conduct log analyses to identify where an issue has occurred.
• Fix script errors in automation and create automated tests.
• Seek out learning opportunities to increase own knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with others inside the project team to accomplish project objectives.
• Gather, integrate, and interpret information from various sources to troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate technical issues to more senior colleagues.
• Adapt to minor changes and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with the project lead via email and direct conversation to provide status and information about impending obstacles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good knowledge in WLAN protocol/Communications/RF.
• 1-3 years of experience in testing Wi-Fi protocols.
• 1-3 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, Python, etc.
