Hitachi Energy India is hiring for the role of Winder & Assembler (Power Transformer)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Follow standard manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and optimization. 
• Follow standard processes, Control and monitor it towards usage of all critical tools in production.
• Work closely with the production, Planning, Purchase, Maintenance & Quality Department for smooth execution and Filling of QIC cards.
• Innovate, suggest, and implement all engineering changes in each transformer.
• Collaborate within the Team to ensure timely execution as per the Manufacturing Plan.
• Take responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical
• 2-3 years exp in the transformer industry
• ITI - Wiremen, Fitter, Electrician with minimum 2 years of experience in Power transformer factory line.1 – particularly in Winding, Core, Active part & Final assembly
• Expert knowledge of Power Transformer manufacturing Techniques and related technology
• Strong background in manufacturing processes
• Great attention to detail and results-driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
