Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the development and deployment of mobile applications aimed at promoting birdwatching and educating users about local avian species.
• Initiate and manage the establishment of birdwatching chapters in educational institutions and local communities to foster a network of birdwatching enthusiasts.
• Design and implement outreach programs targeted at young audiences to raise awareness and interest in bird conservation.
• Identify, evaluate, and form partnerships with research institutions and conservation organizations that focus on avian species.
• Sponsor and oversee research projects relevant to bird conservation, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
• Engage with community leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders to advocate for bird conservation.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational and conservation initiatives, adapting strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Zoology, Wildlife Biology, Conservation, or a related field from a reputed university/institution.
• Proven experience in wildlife conservation and educational outreach, with a strong preference for expertise in avian conservation.
• Experience in project management, particularly in developing and implementing community-driven programs.
• Technical proficiency in the use of modern technology and software development for educational purposes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
• Passion for environmental education and commitment to conservation principles.
