WFM Reporting Associate Job in Calicut at Concentrix

Concentrix is hiring for the role of Associate, WFM Reporting! 

Responsibilities Of Candidate: 

• Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports
• Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards
• Prepare ad-hoc reports & analyses for management reporting and needs
• Assist in automating reports by designing macros
• Prepare Monthly performance data for incentives for Operations
• Data extraction and data upload from the client system to the CNX side
• Capacity planning and Scheduling for the process
• Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs & projects
• Optimize use of tools/technology & to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
• Support key strategic projects involving Data mining & Analytics
• Highlight data abnormalities that one may spot in the dataset beforehand
• Resolve escalated issues and requests from the account management

Requirements: 

• Must have 2+years experience
• Team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Automating reports skill will be a preference
• Ability to handle pressure situations
• Ability to correct catch and highlight errors
• Ability to simplify complex operations into replaceable process
