Uplers is hiring for the role of Webflow Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop websites with high-end UI animations, and web interactions using Webflow from Figma designs.
• Add creativity to the websites.
• Implement and iterate on Webflow-based webpages (homepage, landing pages, etc.)
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness.
• Develop and own a brand and consistently maintain the brand representation to the core.
• Ensure implementations follow web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.
• Open for learning new CMS and Landing page integration tools. We will provide training for the same.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience working only in Webflow Development is a must
• Proficient in developing websites using the Webflow tool
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow through Webflow developer courses
• JavaScript, jQuery knowledge, and the ability to create custom functionalities is a must
• Experience in advanced CSS, animations, and responsiveness
• Good understanding of CMS collections and items in WebFlow
• Familiarity with Figma software and similar technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Webflow Expert certification level or higher will be a plus
• The candidate will be required sometimes to work on partial US shift timings (4 PM-1 AM)
