BrandFame is hiring for the role of Web / Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team.
• Conceptualize original design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness.
• Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Create wireframes or mockups for web pages and applications.
• Design layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Create branding assets for websites, apps, and other media.
• Design creatives for social media, and banners for marketing campaigns.
• Follow design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain the appearance of company websites.
• Design visual imagery for websites in line with brand requirements.
• Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team and clients.
• Present designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders with justifications.

Requirements:

• A relevant Diploma/Degree in a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
• Self Motivation and commitment.
• Good time-management skills.
