Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research, gather, and study relevant project information to understand deliverable requirements.
• Create project documentation, including design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, and straw models to establish clear development guidelines.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design and interaction ideas while adhering to branding guidelines and templates.
• Take ownership of web design and development projects from start to completion, ensuring user requirements are met.
• Create, edit, and maintain themes while developing webpages based on established standards and user needs.
• Create and organize reusable library elements for frequently used assets, ensuring efficiency in design workflows.
• Collaborate with animators, designers, and graphic artists to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Attend team meetings, including teleconferences with colleagues in different geographic locations, to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
• Receive and implement constructive feedback to continuously improve deliverables.
• Continuously learn new software, standards, and tools to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Demonstrate creativity, independence, and a proactive approach to accomplishing individual and team objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of competence in Computer Science/Web Programming
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and PHP
• Proficient in WordPress CMS with understanding of plugins and their interaction with custom themes
• Expertise in themes, theme creation, and editing
• Proficient in Responsive Website design and Parallax website design
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe XD
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Google suite of products like Google Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics
• User Experience design and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint
