Cialfo is hiring for the role of Web Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
• Implement and customize Webflow CMS for content management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to translate mockups and wireframes into functional websites.
• Develop reusable Webflow components and templates for future projects.
• Create and manage dynamic interactions and animations in Webflow.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Webflow-related projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow updates, tools, and design trends to ensure the team is using the most effective solutions.
• Manage web development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.  
• Proven experience as a Webflow developer with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (even though Webflow is no code, understanding these is a huge plus).
• Experience with Webflow CMS, including setting up collections and linking dynamic content.
• Experience in creating responsive designs that function well across different devices and browsers.
• Familiarity with web interactions and animations within Webflow.
