Nexode Tech is hiring for the role of Web Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist with full stack web development (PHP/HTML/SASS/JS) using a variety of tools and platforms including mainly WordPress & Laravel, bringing to life immersive UX & Design
• Create connections tailored to different clients that integrate with different services, using a variety of third-party APIs
• Collaborate with other members of the wider team to produce readable and maintainable code
• Work with the Client Team to aid in any technical planning needed and assess technical requirements where required

Requirements:

• Solid experience of writing quality, readable, maintainable and scalable code
• An understanding of website performance
• Strong full-stack experience using JavaScript and/or jQuery, HTML & CSS (SASS/SCSS)
• Understanding of REST API’s
• Experience with platforms and frameworks (WordPress, Laravel)
• Strong understanding and proven experience with using Advanced Custom Fields (for WordPress) & Gutenberg
• OOP PHP development experience and an overview of related technologies (MySQL, Linux, Apache, nginx)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
• Experience using git source control and modern branching strategies
