Sculptsoft is hiring for the role of Web And Graphics Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  
• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of projects including digital advertisements, social media posts, website designs, branding materials, print collateral, and more using different tools like Figma and Illustrator.
  
• Create visually appealing and professional Google Slides presentations.
  
• Design and layout Google Slides content to effectively communicate key messages and information.
  
• Create visually compelling designs that align with Project guidelines.
  
• Produce high-quality graphics using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Project guidelines and visual standards.
  
• Support other departments as needed with graphic design expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of up to 2 years as a graphic designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Should have basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Animations, Responsive Designs, Page production using HTML/CSS.
• Should have a good sense of UX/UI design, and Adobe animate.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
