The Coca-Cola Company is hiring for the role of Warehousing Process and Automation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Evaluate current warehousing operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement automated systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in warehousing processes, in coordination with external vendors and global SMEs.
• Monitor the performance of automated systems, making adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot issues with automated systems, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, testing plans, and startup plans.
• Collaborate with various team members, including warehouse staff, IT professionals, and management, to ensure that warehousing processes and automation projects meet organizational needs.
• Keep up to date with advancements in warehousing technologies and processes.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to use the automated systems and processes efficiently.
• Ensure all automated systems comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Document all processes and changes, and create local user manuals or instructions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in the field of warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in warehousing processes and automation or a related role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management.
• Proficient in automation technologies and warehouse management software.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to provide training and support to staff.
