Mspire is hiring for the role of Warehouse Supervisor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse
• Use WMS or ERP systems to track goods movement
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments
• Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance
• Train and guide new staff and enforce company policies
• Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation
• Ensure timely loading/unloading and minimize operational delays

Requirements:

• Graduate or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Familiarity with warehouse software and basic computer skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulation
