Warehouse Supervisor Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Oversee and train warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through proper documentation and system updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Plan and organize work schedules and workload distribution to meet operational targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety procedures and equipment handling protocols.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Generate reports on inventory, staff performance, and warehouse productivity.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment if certified and necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Forklift operator certification.
