Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of Warehouse Shift Incharge: SAP Project!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Warehouse Operations (Shift Incharge):Vehicle Unloading (Unloading TAT Monitoring)
  Maintaining the receiving-to-binning ratio as per the target
  Defining Storage and Picking Strategies
  Picking operations as per Customer orders
  Perpetual / Annual Inventory, Variance reporting & countermeasures to reduce variances
  Customers (Domestic / Exports) dispatches and quality delivery
  Maintaining Order to Dispatch Ratio
  Ensuring Safety, 5S, MHE Procurement & Maintenance in Warehouse
  Necessary approval to run business (Purchasing of MHE, Service - AMC / CMC)
  
• Cross-Functional Activities:Maintaining Warehouse Inventory inline with Sales (Inventory Value & CMT)
  Coordination with the Sales team for proper Sales load distribution
  Discussions / Meetings with Vendors / Service Providers / Transporters for operations review and
  
• Audits & Compliances:Manpower, Vendors, Transporters Service assessment & Contract renewal
  Conducting ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, internal, and external audits
  
• Management ReportsMonthly Sectional / Departmental review:Daily MIS reporting to Dept. / Divisional / Vertical heads
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Graduate candidates
• B. Tech: 2-4 years experience
• UGC/AICTE-approved institutes only
• Educational Qualification: Diploma/Graduation
• Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
