Maruthi Suzuki is hiring for the role of Warehouse Shift Incharge!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Planning & execution of Warehouse Operations in line with business demand
- Handling shift operations & managing outsourced manpower
- Planning logistics & coordination with Sales, planning, IT, and field teams for day-to-day work
- Working in shift operations
- Assisting in asset management, equipment maintenance, upkeeping of warehouse, storage, etc.
- Assisting in improvements & Kaizens activities, system/process improvements
- Assisting in projects on capacity enhancement, customer delight initiatives, inventory accuracy, automation
- Assisting in cost analysis & cost-saving initiatives on freight, consumables, overtime, electricity, etc.
- Assisting in productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of thorough experience in testing of vehicle or battery or relevant areas.
- Diploma / BE / B-Tech in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.
