Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager Job in Mumbai at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate between inbound, outbound, and Inventory teams for any operational issues and effective team performance
• Work closely with customer care, BA (or any other third-party vendor), Demand planning, sourcing, Quality, Packaging, and his team for the attainment of KPIs
• Monitor MIS & KPIs and take corrective measures in case of non-attainment
• Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, process adherence, and 5S for the site
• Drive process improvement/cost-saving/productivity improvement projects
• Manage customer relationships and work towards increasing customer satisfaction index
• Monitor operating costs for his location and ensure they are within a defined limit
• Conduct regular process audits
• Ensure compliance with legal & statutory norms
• Provide adequate training to the team
• Assess SLAs
• Achieve Fast Fill Rate as per targets
• Align internal business processes to achieve revenue & service level targets
• Control and resolve discrepancies
• Implement 5S, Kaizen & Lean principles
• Ensure inventory accuracy, Stock to Dock & Dock to Stock

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering/Btech
• Min 3-5 years of experience
• Adequate knowledge of Packaging Process & Material
• Should have knowledge of QC tools, Problem-solving tools
• Adequately conversant with Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Procurement activity
• Exposure to Shop floor/Man management
• Should be a team leader & Task Oriented
• Should have Strong Communication Skills
• MS Office & hands-on experience with SAP/Equivalent ERP
• Additional Knowledge in MM Module & SD Module, Access, Power Bi
