TVS Company is hiring for the role of Warehouse Executive (IB)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Warehouse management
- Release of work orders as per plan, arranging Stocks for the month - coordination with Plants for getting the stocks as per work orders issued.
- Warehouse management - Inward of Stocks, storage , 5S inside warehouse, FOC billing, inventory control.
- Warehouse space management - daily management
- Stock reconciliation - 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler, Mysore
- Managing internal and external audits
- Co-ordinating with RBH / CM'S related to orders / other issues.
- Co-ordinating with PED / online engineering for implementing systems.
- Clearing Work flows in sap, and other SAP related work
- Billing of vehicles on daily basis.
- FOC billing and despatches.
- Coordination with R&D/Program/Operations and arranging vehicles for distributor visit, CUFT, display, exhibitions, etc.
- Plan updation in sap, sending rolling plan to Operations PPC
