VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager) Job in Bangalore at Adabode Placement Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through virtual interactions, such as video conferences, phone calls, and emails. Understand clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance to provide suitable financial solutions.
• Virtual Engagement: Utilize digital tools and platforms to engage with clients virtually. Conduct virtual meetings to discuss financial plans, provide investment updates, and address any inquiries or concerns. Leverage technology to enhance the client experience and provide efficient service delivery.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the organization's products, services, and industry trends. Educate clients on available financial products, their features, and benefits. Advise clients on suitable investment options and recommend appropriate financial instruments.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base. Promote additional financial products and services to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing queries, resolving issues, and handling service requests. Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial advisory, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools, video conferencing, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems.

working day:

• 5.5 Days working.
• 2-day week offs.
• 1st and 3rd Saturday will we working day.
