Impact on the Business:
- Be responsible for getting the IT deliveries and Business solutions defined to deliver the changes related to the project.
- Apply Agile concepts to ways of working where appropriate.
- Work with Treasury Operations and ALCM stakeholders to ensure that changes in solution meet end-user and stakeholder requirements.
- Support wider ALCM-related initiatives, including the resolution of upstream data initiatives impacting the project.
Customers / Stakeholders:
- Build and manage key relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholders' objectives, direction, priorities and challenges, managing and addressing concerns and objections.
- Foster open communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations.
- Champion and embed outstanding service and customer advocacy.
Leadership & Teamwork:
- Be part of an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
- Challenge design decisions when/where appropriate.

Requirements:
- Significant experience in the delivery of change within the ALCM or Product Control functions.
- Demonstrable experience in managing delivery of technical subject matter.
- Excellent project management skills.
- A good appreciation of systems and data architectures, specifically in a Risk and Finance environment.
- An understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
- Ability to structure problems and proven capability to resolve complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project).
- Technical Knowledge of manual testing/ automation.
- Knowledge of product behaviouralisation.
- Knowledge of interest rate transfer pricing (ITP)
