About this Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Representative to contribute in our company. You will be responsible for inbound or outbound voice process over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Candidate must know any one of the language- Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam. English is must.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
