Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, online platforms, and outreach.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our products/services.
• Set up meetings and follow up with clients to understand their requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other client communication materials.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, contacts, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
