SPAC Pneumatic is hiring for the role of VMC - Operator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production.
• Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories used on projects.
• Ensure that every machine procedure is done following the strict guidelines of the company -Follow all company safety protocols.
• Inspect the work area and machines used during the day before leaving at the end of each shift.
• Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
• Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying stock receipt.
• Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and materials.
• Specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters.

Requirements:

• Should be competent to manage the inventory, procedures, and protocol set.
• Good Technical & command skills.
• Expertise in Analytical Tools.
• Qualifications:- Diploma in Maechinal Engineering / ITI/Diploma/Others
