Cred is hiring for the role of VKYC-Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead, managed, and motivated a high-performing vKYC team of 10-15 agents with a focus on high standards, quality, customer service, controls, execution, and delivery
• audit random vKYC call samples to ensure adherence from a quality and compliance standpoint
• build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to champion policy and procedural changes as needed
• invest in recruitment, training, coaching and motivating your team, promoting, supporting, and managing underperformance
• providing high-value technical support to the vKYC team and ensuring KYC due diligence has been completed under the regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Are a graduate with 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service environment
• Prior experience of 1+ year of handling a team in a command center environment
• Excellent verbal communication (in English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills. proficiency in any vernacular language is a plus.
• Customer service orientation with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments
