Reelo Technologies is hiring for the role of Visual Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own Marketing Design: You will help us define the visual and web design guidelines for Reelo that can be scaled across different channels.
• Evaluate Design Impact: Your job doesn’t end with designing the asset. You will also be expected to follow through to understand the impact of your design on performance and improve iteratively.
• Design Marketing Collaterals: Tell compelling stories through social media posts, ad creatives, resources, emailers, landing pages, and more.
• Create Video Assets: Make engaging video content like GIFs, reels, and edited videos to boost our brand presence and product marketing activities.
• Own our Brand’s Style: Shape our brand’s look and feel through consistent and impactful design.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer teams to create collaterals and bring our content ideas to life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or equivalent degree or equivalent experience
• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual, visual ability, and originality
• A well-rounded portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, iconography, and colour theory
• Comfortable with advanced graphic design tools - Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social brand experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design, and technology
