Juspay is hiring for the role of Visual Designer!

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Illustrator who can translate complex product ideas into high-impact visual designs and illustrations. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to craft visually appealing and user-centric graphics that communicate product stories effectively.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Convert complex product concepts into engaging illustrations and visual stories within timelines.
• Create icon sets and illustrations from concept to production (ideation, sketching, final design).
• Maintain consistency in themes, styles, and tone across all visual assets.
• Understand product essence, target audience, and design illustrations that resonate with them.
• Recommend and use the best design methods, software, and techniques for high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

• Experience in creating high-fidelity illustrations.
• Proficient in at least one vector-based drawing tool (Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Procreate). Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong digital design background with storytelling ability.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity across illustrations, sketches, drawings, and paintings.
• Creative, ownership-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
