JOSYS is hiring for the role of Visual Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Website Content: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
• Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
• Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
• Emails: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
• Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
• Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
• Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
• Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects,
• Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
• Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
• Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
