ZS Associates is hiring for the role of Visual Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop visually compelling and conceptually rich PowerPoint presentations, visual storyboards, email/newsletters, and campaigns.
• Create eye-catching graphics and layouts for print and digital collaterals.
• Produce high-quality mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, and G-suite to create visually impactful presentations and documents for internal and external use.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices in visual design and incorporate them into our projects.
• Participate and lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• ≥3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking across various mediums.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• The following skills will earn you Brownie Points:
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge and interest in new age technologies such as Generative AI.
