Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with clients through virtual channels
• Provide financial advice to clients based on their individual financial goals and needs

• Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as underwriting and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client requests
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients virtually
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
