Virtual Relationship Manager Job in Bangalore at Niyo Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of existing customers through calls, video conferencing, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and provide financial solutions across Niyo products (forex cards, etc.).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Meet monthly sales targets and customer engagement KPIs.
• Maintain records of interactions and track customer lifecycle performance.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services sales/support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
