The Growup Group is hiring for the role of Virtual Assistant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be a remote employee and get deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients.
- Get assigned a client once you are nearing the completion of your training.
- Understand that the jobs are permanent and the retention rate solely depends on the VA.
- Train in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on your performance in the training, get deployed to one or more domains.
- Match skillset with the client’s scope of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s (preferred) degree
- Proficient in verbal and written communication (English proficiency)
- Relevant experience of 2+ years
- Open to 1-month unpaid training
