- MAC installation, configuration & technical support.
- Windows installation, Configurations, Operations.
- Complete troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptops.
- Configuration & Operation of all peripherals.
- User data backup & restorations.
- O365 I Configurations, operations & complete troubleshooting.
- End user applications installations & basic level support.
- Basic troubleshooting for network issues.
- Remote support for end users.
- Mobile device configuration /Management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Incident lifecycle understanding.
- MS teams, Zoom, VC & VC Setup.
