Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to VIP clients
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to VIP clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings
• Monitor and analyze VIP client satisfaction and engagement levels, taking proactive measures to enhance their experience
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for VIP clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to VIP clients
• Communicate and collaborate with the sales team
• Improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
