IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the role of Vigilance Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Retrieve and analyze employee bank statements periodically.
• Coordinate with business and IT functions to retrieve reports and databases.
• Perform data hygiene checks to ensure proper formatting.
• Analyze data to identify conflicts of interest, code of conduct violations, and other risks.
• Work with large data sets to generate summary dashboards.
• Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and escalate matters to relevant personnel.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Assist in conducting investigations within set timelines by performing complex analyses and conducting various checks
• Assist in sensitive and complex interviews.
• Draft Minutes of Interviews and other investigative documents.
• Identify breaches in the bank’s code of conduct and recommend actions.
• Suggest enhancements to current control processes.
• Maintain case records and ensure compliance.
• Participate in initiatives like Preventive Vigilance, automation, and Vigilance Awareness Week.
• Raise awareness about Vigilance at the top levels of the organization.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings and draft Investigation Reports.

Requirements:

• Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) / Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com) / Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
• Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
