Leap is hiring for the role of Video Producer/Editor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Operate and manage camera equipment and gear during shoots.
• Oversee shoot logistics, including handling equipment and guiding team members on set.
• Edit timeline-based, non-linear video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Deliver polished short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate cutting-edge shooting and editing techniques.
• Ensure all video content aligns with current trends and client objectives.
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and refine video concepts.
• Take briefs and execute them effectively, balancing creativity with feasibility.
• Advise on execution strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in video production and editing, ideally within an agency or production house.
• Proficiency in camera operation and equipment management.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in editing short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and shooting techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
