Invsify is hiring for the role of Video Editor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build emotional arcs — tension → reveal → payoff
- Create micro-hooks every 3–5 seconds
- Edit quickly and precisely in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / CapCut / Runway
- Shape sound — foley, risers, quiet
- Use color + motion as storytelling tools
- Adapt edits for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, X
- Maintain clean file hygiene (proxies, LUTs, templates)
- Iterate from data — retention, thumbnails, captions, CTAs
Requirements:
- You see editing as rhythm meeting reason
- You understand emotion, pacing, and silence
- You learn fast, organize well, and care about craft
- You can ship quickly without losing taste
