Ditto Insurance is hiring for the role of Video Editor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Edit and assemble video footage for Ditto's YouTube into engaging and visually appealing videos, ensuring the highest quality in terms of storytelling, visuals, and audio.
• Create eye-catching motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content, including titles, animations, transitions, and special effects.
• Create innovative videos with graphics, gifs, & clips adding special effects + music for ads, reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
• Perform quality controls for all videos including colour correction, colour management, & other general video quality aspects to align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and conceptualise visual ideas for projects.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in creating video content.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the video.
• Good command of the English Language.
• Creativity and Originality.
• Software knowledge needed: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve and any other relevant software.
• Good command of Adobe After Effects is a must.
• Good knowledge of emerging AI tools like DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Descript, HeyGen etc.
• Ability to conceptualise details in a visual manner.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to the team.
