Video Creator & Designer Job in Pune at Vinsys

Key Responsibilities:

• A junior designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects.
• Create engaging and high-quality YouTube videos, social media short videos, and animated GIFs
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize visual storytelling
• Animate static content and enhance visual elements using motion graphics
• Support occasional design tasks for static graphics such as thumbnails and social banners
• Coordinate with content, marketing, and other teams to deliver on-brand creatives & Videos
• AI Tools Expertise: Extra Knowledge AI Tools for video & voice enhancement, image creation, and AI-based content generation.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, motion graphics, typography, and editing rhythm

Software & Skills Required:

• The ability to meet deadlines in a pressure environment
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office tools, Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Audition or Audacity for basic sound editing
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, motion graphics, typography, and editing rhythm
• Strong layout, typography, branding, and composition skills
• A background of working as part of a design team
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• Adeptness with leading design software packages
• Familiarity with design techniques

Experienced Required:

• 2 to 4 years experience.
