Vertical Head, GCC Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the GCC recruitment team. 
• Set performance targets, ensure delivery timelines, and maintain high recruitment standards. 
• Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations. 
• Build a strong, motivated, and high-performing recruitment vertical 

Client Management & Business Growth:

• Act as the primary point of contact for GCC clients  
• Understand client requirements, industry-specific needs, and market expectations 
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business 
• Collaborate with the leadership team to explore new business opportunities, proposals, and expansion strategies 

Recruitment Delivery & Quality Control:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for the GCC vertical 
• Ensure high-quality sourcing, screening, and candidate shortlisting 
• Manage escalations related to client expectations, delays, or candidate dropouts 
• Ensure adherence to GCC recruitment rules, documentation standards, and compliance norms 

Process Excellence & Reporting:

• Create and optimize processes for faster turnaround and better quality 
• Maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and MIS reports 
• Provide weekly and monthly updates to management 
• Implement best practices, market insights, and process improvements 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in recruitment with at least 3–5 years in GCC role 
• Prior experience leading a team  
• Deep understanding of GCC job markets, visa processes, and hiring frameworks 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills 
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and managing large mandates 
• Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS/CRM systems 
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
