About this Job
- Create PR requests and perform ongoing PR updates on time, including invoice validation, etc.
- Review financial penalties, if applicable, in SOW/contract.
- Collaborate with HR functional leaders, Finance, and Accounting to ensure proper accounting of costs.
- Corporate stewardship and cross-geo HC for ICA billing.Cost billing to country top, re-class, and recoveries.Accruals.
- Provide vendor financial scorecard and insights for each HR Function.
- Experience in different Human Resource Functions.
- Experience in Procurement Systems (Ariba etc).
- Experience in Vendor Payments.
- Experience/Knowledge of Finance accounting such as inter-company billing.
- Forecasting and data analysis to drive financial insights.
